Modern Connections offers weekly Horton-based modern classes at various studios in Greater Boston. While there are overarching levels for each class, they are taught at a pace tailored to the students in the room. Classes feature a consistent warm-up, center phrases, and across the floor sequences that are designed to develop proper technique, build strength, and reduce risk of injury.

You can expect to receive detailed explanations and supportive feedback throughout class. Concepts like “50% correct is better than 100% wrong” are reiterated throughout the experience to encourage students to focus on their strengths.
